当サイトの楽曲は、本契約の条件に沿う利用である限り、「用途・営利・非営利」を問わず無料で自由にご利用いただけます。
楽曲の加工（編集・エフェクト・フェードイン/アウト等）を行っていただいて問題ございません。
当サイトのBGMを使用して制作いただいたコンテンツは収益化していただけます。
ご利用の際の著作権・提供等のクレジット表示は不要ですが、楽曲の権利は当サイトの管理者が保持しています。
当サイトはスポンサー広告収益によって運営されています。
楽曲試聴、ページの閲覧による広告収益は制作者にすべて還元されます。
Basic Principle
The sound sources on this site may be used freely and without charge, regardless of “use, commercial or non-commercial”, as long as the use is in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
You are welcome to process the music (editing, effects, fade in/out, etc.).
You can monetize the content you create using the background music on this site.
No credit indication of copyright, provision, etc. is required for use, but the rights to the music are retained by the administrator of this site.
All advertising revenue from sound samples and page views will be returned to the creator.
禁止事項
以下の行為は禁止となります。
- サンプリング、アレンジ、リマスター、リミックス、歌をのせるなどを行い、楽曲を使用した「音楽的二次著作物」の作成。
- 作業用BGM等の楽曲を主としたコンテンツでの使用。
- コンテンツIDや著作権団体などへの登録。
- 制作者を偽る行為。
- 営利・非営利に関わらず楽曲の配布・販売。
Prohibited Matters
The following actions are prohibited.
- Sampling, arranging, remastering, remixing, putting songs on, etc., to create “musical derivative works” using the music.
- Use in contents mainly composed of music, such as background music for work.
- Registration with content IDs and copyright organizations.
- The act of falsifying the creator.
- Distribute and sell music for profit or non-profit.
